U.S. Government Accidentally Releases Records on Remote Mind Control

On April 18, 2018, MuckRock.com published Curtis Waltman's article entitled "Washington State Fusion Center Accidentally Releases Records on Remote Mind Control" from which the following five paragraphs have been extracted:

"When you send thousands of FOIA requests, you are bound to get some very weird responses from time to time. Recently, we here at MuckRock had one of our most bizarre gets yet - Washington State Fusion Center’s accidental release of records on the effects of remote mind control.
"As part of my ongoing project looking at fusion centers’ investigations into Antifa and various white supremacist groups, I filed a request with the WSFC. I got back many standard documents in response, including emails, intelligence briefings and bulletins, reposts from other fusion centers - and then there was one file titled 'EM effects on human body.zip.'
"Hmmm. What could that be? What does EM stand for and what is it doing to the human body? So I opened it up and took a look [...].
"It’s difficult to source exactly where these images come from, but it’s obviously not government material. One seems to come from a person named 'Supratik Saha,' who is identified as a software engineer, the brain mapping slide has no sourcing, and the image of the body being assaulted by psychotronic weapons is sourced from raven1.net, who apparently didn’t renew their domain.
"It’s entirely unclear how this ended up in this release. It could have been meant for another release, it could have been gathered for an upcoming WSFC report, or it could even be from the personal files of an intelligence officer that somehow got mixed up in the release. A call to the WSFC went unreturned as of press time, so until we hear back, their presence remains a mystery.
Not surprisingly, the reporter does not understand the true significance of these files.  If you've read my book CHAMELEO, you'll know that I discuss Eleanor White (and her defunct website, raven1.net) on pp. 40-43.  I cite her website as one of the earliest and most important sources of information regarding the gangstalking phenomenon.  Without a doubt, many of the files released to MuckRock originated from White's website, raven1.net.  (I recall seeing some of these files myself back in 2003-04.)  Rather than lessening the significance of the release, this fact only makes it all the more intriguing.

The real question to ask about this mysterious situation is as follows:  Why would U.S. intelligence officers waste their time fastidiously filing away the contents of a website run by an insignificant  "paranoid-schizophrenic" (a convenient label often slapped on Targeted Individuals by mainstream sources such as the New York Times in their 6-10-16 article "United States of Paranoia:  They See Gangs of Stalkers")?  If nothing else, this accidental release proves White's claims were indeed accurate.  If she had not been under constant government surveillance, these files wouldn't even exist.  Therefore, White's accusations against the government were by no means due to a mere psychological disorder.  The incontrovertible proof of White's incessant--and wholly illegal--surveillance had been tucked out of sight within the bowels of the military-industrial complex... until now.

UFO CLASSIFIED

On Friday, April 20th, I appeared on Erica Lukes' radio show UFO CLASSIFIED and discussed my books CHAMELEO and CRYPTOSCATOLOGY.  Join Erica and I as we analyze the connections between iniquitous American defense companies (such as LEIDOS and SAIC) and key paranormal hotspots in the United States (such as the legendary Skinwalker Ranch in Utah and the haunted Whaley House in San Diego), breakthroughs in optical camouflage technology and the alien abduction phenomena, military psychological warfare tactics and the Men In Black lore, gangstalking and the prescient research of the late John A. Keel, and psycho-electronic weaponry and the Columbine Shooting.  We also delve into such verifiable government conspiracies as the little known "Project 112" (a biological and chemical weapon experimentation project conducted by the Department of Defense), the government's use of drug addicts, prisoners and mental patients as experimental guinea pigs, invisible predators roaming our national forests, vampire killings in the Philippines faked by American intelligence agencies, and much, much more.  If all that's not enough to pique your interest, for the first time I tell the story of how I became a 32nd Degree Scottish Rite Freemason, then unveil the STARTLING contents of a Top Secret Masonic Library in Southern California....

William Cooper On the Columbine Shooting

Today is the nineteenth anniversary of the Columbine shooting, a subject I wrote about extensively in Chapter Three of my first book, Cryptoscatology:  Conspiracy Theory As Art Form.  Today would be an appropriate time to travel nineteen years into the past and listen to the 4-20-99 episode of The Hour of the Time, a radio show hosted by the late William Cooper (1943-2001), author of the underground bestseller Behold a Pale Horse.  In this two-hour long broadcast Cooper offers his personal analysis of the Columbine shooting only a few hours after it occurred.  In retrospect, I find this particular episode to be a fascinating historical document.

Jon Rappoport On Mind Control and Censoring Free Speech

What follow are excerpts from Jon Rappoport's 4-9-18 blog post "Astonishing California Bill Would Shut Down Free Speech, Require Fact-checkers":

California used to be trumpeted as the cutting edge of American culture.

It still is, except the culture is now all about censoring free speech.

California Senator Richard Pan, who was behind the infamous 2015 law mandating vaccinations for schoolchildren (SB277), has stepped up to the plate and introduced another bill.

This one would clamp down on criticism of ANY Official Story.

It targets social media based in California. But as you read the bill, you see it appears to define social media as any Internet blog, website, or communication.

SB1424 is brief. Read it:
This bill would require any person who operates a social media, as defined, Internet Web site with a physical presence in California to develop a strategic plan to verify news stories shared on its Web site. The bill would require the plan to include, among other things, a plan to mitigate the spread of false information through news stories, the utilization of fact-checkers to verify news stories, providing outreach to social media users, and placing a warning on a news story containing false information.
(a) Any person who operates a social media Internet Web site with physical presence in California shall develop a strategic plan to verify news stories shared on its Internet Web site.
(b) The strategic plan shall include, but is not limited to, all of the following:
(1) A plan to mitigate the spread of false information through news stories.
(2) The utilization of fact-checkers to verify news stories.
(3) Providing outreach to social media users regarding news stories containing false information.
(4) Placing a warning on a news story containing false information.
(c) As used in this section, “social media” means an electronic service or account, or electronic content, including, but not limited to, videos, still photographs, blogs, video blogs, podcasts, instant and text messages, email, online services or accounts, or Internet Web site profiles or locations.
Getting the picture?

It’s a free speech killer.

If it passes, agencies of the California government will develop numerous regulations for enforcement, including penalties for “speech criminals.”

Saying this bill violates the 1st Amendment of the Constitution is a vast understatement. The last time I looked, the Founders mentioned nothing about fact checkers or warnings attached to speech.

I also highly recommend reading Rappoport's 3-30-18 post "How the CIA Hid Their MKULTRA Mind-control Program," which begins as follows:

Back in the early 1990s, I interviewed John Marks, author of Search for the Manchurian Candidate. This was the book (1979) that helped expose the existence and range of the infamous CIA MKULTRA program.

Marks related the following facts to me. He had originally filed many Freedom of Information (FOIA) requests for documents connected to the CIA’s mind-control program. He got nothing back.

Finally, as if to play a joke on him, someone at the CIA sent Marks 10 boxes of financial and accounting records. The attitude was, “Here, see what you can do with this.”

I’ve seen some of those records. They’re very boring reading.

But Marks went through them, and lo and behold, he found he could piece together MKULTRA projects, based on the funding data.

Eventually, he assembled enough information to begin naming names. He conducted interviews. The shape of MKULTRA swam into view. And so he wrote his book, Search for the Manchurian Candidate.

He told me that three important books had been written about MKULTRA, and they all stemmed from those 10 boxes of CIA financial records. There was his own book; Operation Mind Control by Walter Bowart; and The Mind Manipulators by Alan Scheflin and Edward Opton.

After publishing his book, Marks continued to press the CIA for more MKULTRA information. He explained to me what then happened. A CIA official told him the following: in 1962, after ten years of mind-control experiments, the whole program had been shifted over to another internal CIA department, the Office of Research and Development (ORD).

ART BELL, R.I.P. (1945-2018)

In honor of the death of Coast to Coast AM radio pioneer Art Bell (who passed away yesterday, on Friday the 13th), I suggest listening to one of my favorite Art Bell interviews:  his 1996 conversation with Stan Johnson, author of Bigfoot Memoirs:  My Life with the Sasquatch.  The audio quality of this recording is not the best, but perhaps that's appropriate.  Imagine it's long after midnight, you're driving through the California desert somewhere outside Nowheresville, the relentless silence is too overwhelming for you, so you tune into a random AM radio station, and suddenly hear strange, warbling voices floating out of the darkness....

GARY D. RHODES ON UNTIL THE LAST DOGS

And the blurb train continues to roll in!  Filmmaker and film historian Gary D. Rhodes, author of THE PERILS OF MOVIEGOING IN AMERICA and TOD BROWNING'S DRACULA (among numerous other works), recently wrote the following review of my latest book, UNTIL THE LAST DOG DIES:

"UNTIL THE LAST DOG DIES is [Guffey's] masterpiece.  It is wickedly funny, as well as very poignant and at times wistful.  Guffey really gets inside the head of a comedian, and he also offers a fresh approach to the subject of dystopian futures.  Highly recommended."

EATING THE FANTASTIC

Scott Edelman's EATING THE FANTASTIC is rapidly becoming my favorite podcast.  I grew up in Los Angeles listening to a radio show called HOUR 25 hosted originally by Mike Hodel, then followed by writers such as Harlan Ellison and J. Michael Straczynski.  HOUR 25 specialized in intimate interviews with top tier SF/fantasy writers.  I have fond memories of hearing two-hour-long, commercial-free interviews with such stellar lights as Clive Barker, Robert Bloch, Ray Bradbury, Octavia E. Butler, John Carpenter, Jonathan Carroll, William Gibson, Jack Kirby, Fritz Leiber, Richard Matheson, Frank Miller, Carl Sagan, Robert Sheckley, John Shirley, Norman Spinrad, and the like.  I've never heard anything anywhere near as good as HOUR 25 until now.  Edelman's EATING THE FANTASTIC consists of in-depth and yet informal interviews that all take place within the relaxed atmosphere of various restaurants located not far from the many SF/fantasy conventions Edelman attends throughout the year.  His most recent conversation with novelist Victor LaValle (whose work I wrote about in January for TOR.COM in an article entitled "Lovecraftian Horror and the Alchemy of the New") is both entertaining and illuminating and touches upon some of the issues I raised in my article, such as the synchronistic spate of revisionist horror novels now exploding upon the literary scene.

Edelman's previous interview, this one with Paul DiFilippo (whose latest book is the excellent crime novel THE BIG GET-EVEN), is equally wonderful and well worth your attention.

I also recommend Edelman's interview with novelist Elizabeth Hand, whose post-punk crime novels about photographer Cass Neary (GENERATION LOSS, AVAILABLE DARK, and HARD LIGHT) are definitely required reading...

...as well as his freewheeling conversation with Dennis Etchison, one of my favorite American short story writers (author of the classic collections THE DARK COUNTRY, RED DREAMS, THE BLOOD KISS, and THE DEATH ARTIST), who spoke with Edelman during the second annual Stoker Convention (held aboard the Queen Mary in Long Beach, California back in April of 2017) where Etchison was honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award by the Horror Writers Association.

All of Edelman's interviews are worthy of your time, but the above shows are among my favorites.

Listen to Edelman's interview with Victor LaValle HERE.

Listen to his interview with Elizabeth Hand HERE.

By the way, Edelman and I have shared the same Table of Contents page twice:  in POSTSCRIPTS #30/31 as well as in POSTSCRIPTS #36/37.  I particularly love his short story "Things That Never Happened" in #30/31.  Edelman's numerous other tales have been collected in such books as WHAT WE STILL TALK ABOUT and WHAT WILL COME AFTER.  (It's also worth noting that Edelman created one of the strangest Marvel comic book characters of all time, The Scarecrow.)

And if you're interested in hearing what HOUR 25 sounded liked, check out Mike Hodel's 1977 interview with Philip K. Dick below:

Cryptoscatology: New Exhibit at International Cryptozoology Museum

As William S. Burroughs liked to say, "Language is a virus."  Oftentimes language evolves in ways we can never predict.  In my 9-12-12 post, I discussed the history of the word "cryptoscatology" (the title of my first nonfiction book) and its relation to the field of conspiracy theories.  In my 2-24-13 post, I further defined the word “cryptoscatology” as referring not just to conspiracy theories, but "to any field of endeavor that’s considered by mainstream culture to be transient, peripheral or hopelessly obscure."  And in this 6-19-13 post, I added the following:  "[T]he word 'cryptoscatology' simply means 'the study of secret shit,' and in our society 'shit' (i.e., that which is considered illegitimate by mainstream culture) can take many, many forms."  Loren Coleman, the writer of such wonderful books as MYSTERIOUS AMERICA and TOM SLICK AND THE SEARCH FOR THE YETI, has now created his own definition for the word "cryptoscatology."  In this case, "cryptoscatology" takes on a very literal form indeed:  the study of Bigfoot shit.  Quoting Coleman himself:

"Cryptoscatology: The study of field found and collected scat (i.e. dung, feces) of unknown (cryptid), hidden (cryptic), and known (verified, confirmed) species of animals to better inform the knowledge base of cryptozoology (the study of hidden or unknown animals)."

In fact, "Cryptoscatology" is now the title of an exhibit currently showing at the International Cryptozoology Museum in Portland, Maine.  Though the exhibit opened on April Fool's Day, it's not intended to be a joke.  Click HERE to learn more details about this most peculiar event in the always colorful world of cryptozoology.

By the way, when the editors of the Oxford English Dictionary decide to add either of these definitions to their lexicon, I'll let you know.

(And in other Loren Coleman news, I urge you to check out his 3-30-18 Twilight Language post entitled "Sirius Rising In the Days of Synchromysticism."  Tell 'em Cryptoscatology sent you!)

YouTube Shooter

According to the CBS News report below, Ismail Aghdam (the father of the woman now christened the "YouTube Shooter") claims he warned authorities his daughter was "very upset with YouTube" and might head to YouTube headquarters.

Readers of my book CHAMELEO may not be at all surprised to discover that Nasim hailed from sunny San Diego, a fact reported in a 4-3-18 NBC News article entitled "YouTube Shooter Nasim Aghdam's Father Baffled by Her Violence" by Stephanie Gosk, James Rainey, Courtney McGee and Tracy Connor.  Click HERE to read that NBC News report.
