"Criminals Are Using Drones to Infect Our Pigs"

A Chinese airport has found itself caught in the crossfire of a bizarre battle between pig farmers and criminal gangs.

In October, navigations systems started to fail on flights in and out of Harbin airport while they flew over Zhaozhou county. Authorities later traced the cause of the disturbance to a farm’s unauthorized anti-drone device, which it had begun using in an attempt to stop criminals from using drones to drop items infected with swine flu on its pigs.

Chinese criminals have been exploiting the country’s African swine fever crisis by intentionally spreading the disease to force farmers to sell their pigs for a low price before smuggling the meat and selling it on as healthy stock, state media has reported.

Sometimes the gangs spread rumours about the virus, which is fatal to pigs, but in more extreme cases they are using drones to drop infected items into farms, according to an investigation by the magazine China Comment, which is affiliated to state news agency Xinhua.

The disease has reduced the country’s pig herds by over 40 per cent because of mass culls designed to stop it spreading further.

The resulting shortages have seen pork prices more than double, providing opportunities for the criminals to exploit.

The magazine’s report said that the gangs tried to spread panic among farmers to force them to sell their livestock at a discount rate.

Sometimes they spread rumours about the disease spreading in the locality and may even leave dead pigs on the side of a road to make farmers believe the infection is spreading.

In some extreme cases, the gangs even placed infected feed inside local pigsties, the report said.

“One of our branches once spotted drones air dropping unknown objects into our piggery, and later inspection found [the] virus in those things,” a farmer manager told the reporters.

From The Japan Times' 12-23-19 article entitled "China Pig Farm Jams Drones Dropping Swine Fever-laced Products Onto Its Sites, But Also GPS": 

One of China’s biggest animal feed producers said it had used a radio transmitter to combat crooks using drones to drop pork products contaminated with African swine fever on its pig farms, as part of a racket to profit from the health scare.

In July, China’s agriculture ministry said criminal gangs were faking outbreaks of swine fever on farms and forcing farmers to sell their healthy pigs at sharply lower prices.

And Thursday, a state-backed news website, The Paper, reported that a pig farming unit of Beijing Dabeinong Technology Group Co. Ltd. had run foul of the regional aviation authority, as its transmitter had disrupted the GPS signal in the area.

Answering questions from investors on an interactive platform run by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Dabeinong confirmed Friday that its pig farming unit in Heilongjiang province had unwittingly violated civil aviation rules.

“Our unit in Heilongjiang province … to prevent external people from using drones to drop pork with African swine fever virus, violated regulations by using a drone control equipment set,” the company said.

From Helen Davidson's 3-13-20 Guardian article entitled "First Covid-19 Case Happened in November, China Government Records Show":

The first case of someone suffering from Covid-19 can be traced back to 17 November, according to media reports on unpublished Chinese government data.

The report, in the South China Morning Post, said Chinese authorities had identified at least 266 people who contracted the virus last year and who came under medical surveillance, and the earliest case was 17 November – weeks before authorities announced the emergence of the new virus.

The Chinese government was widely criticised over attempts to cover up the outbreak in the early weeks, including crackdowns on doctors who tried to warn colleagues about a new Sars-like virus which was emerging in the city of Wuhan in Hubei province.

The data obtained by the Post, which the Guardian has not been able to verify, said a 55-year-old from Hubei province could have been the first person to contract Covid-19. For about one month after that date there were one to five new cases reported each day, the report said, and by 20 December there were 60 confirmed cases.

The virus, which is now a pandemic, has infected at least 128,343 people across the world and killed 4,702. Of those who have contracted the virus since it began, 68,324 people have recovered.

Almost 81,000 of the cases occurred in China, mostly in the province of Hubei.

Official statements by the Chinese government to the World Health Organisation reported that the first confirmed case had been diagnosed on 8 December. Doctors who tried to raise the alarm with colleagues about a new disease in late December were reprimanded. Authorities did not publicly concede there was human-to-human transmission until 21 January.

Jonathan Mayer, professor emeritus at the University of Washington’s department of epidemiology, said it was “entirely conceivable” there were cases as early as mid-November.

He said there were three possibilities: that cases weren’t detected at the time, that they were detected but not recognised as a new disease, or they were detected and recognised but reporting was suppressed.

“I have no way of knowing which of these possibilities in fact happened,” Mayer told the Guardian.

“We know that there are reports of early suppression of reports of cases, and the ‘whistleblowers’ dealt with rather severely. But in fairness, the signs and symptoms of C​ovid-19 are non-specific and even now, without confirmatory testing, it is easy to mistake this for another disease.”

Mayer said it was highly improbably that patient zero would ever be identified.

The origins of the virus have become part of US-China diplomatic conflict, fuelled by US officials calling the disease “Chinese coronavirus” or “Wuhan virus”.

It’s widely accepted, including by the head of China’s Center for Disease Control and Prevention that the virus originated in Hubei. However in recent ​weeks Chinese officials have started suggesting or outright claiming that the virus ​did not ​originate​ in China, but perhaps in the US​, a conspiracy theory that is gaining traction​.

Plunging Stocks, Pandemic Fears, Quarantines---What's the Real Operation?

A grisly old PR pro waddles into a conference room where elite technocrats are waiting for his assessment of propaganda issues.  He sits down, looks around, and says, "If you're going to launch a phony epidemic, the ideal place for it is mainland China.  The government will lock down that country quicker than a missile fired from a drone.  And then nobody will be able to figure out what's going on.  Which is exactly what you want.  You can say there are a million epidemic cases, you can say thousands of people are dropping dead on the street, you can say it's a bioweapon or a bat virus, you can especially say the government there is reacting beautifully, and we should all look to the Chinese example of how to run things.  Because that's how you want things to be run everywhere, right?  China is perfect for a phony epidemic.  How are people going to figure out it's a fake behind the lockdown?  Whereas, say, in a place like Brazil, there are still a few freedoms and a little leeway, and people can ask questions..." Things are changing quickly.  By the time this is published, the situation may have changed. Right now, world trading markets are taking a major hit.  Governments are blowing the dust off their old pandemic plans and feeding details to click-hungry press outlets.  "We may have to use stadiums for mass quarantines of suspected epidemic cases..."  "We have to cancel large events."  Apparently, China has a hundred million people in some form of lockdown. There is no doubt that this insanity can continue, regardless of the facts: who cares whether researchers ever really discovered the COV virus; who cares that diagnostic tests are worthless for defining a case of COV; who cares that case numbers can be inflated without evidence; who cares that environmental factors in China (deadly air pollution, 5G technology rollout) can explain why people there are falling ill. Public health officials and governments know they can SAY anything they want to, thereby exacerbating the fear and the lies.  And on that basis, they can declare emergencies and quarantines and lockdowns and the closure of businesses and the cessation of trade.  They can bring police or troops to an area to "secure order." And the craziest part of all this is, huge numbers of people will automatically believe that such extreme measures somehow prove THE VIRUS is dangerous.  The effect proves the cause.  This notion was rebuked and throttled by Aristotle in ancient Greece, but armies of zombie-like citizens still accept it. So...WHAT IS THE REAL OPERATION HERE? The basic answer is: it has levels.  Different players in different positions gain a piece of the pie.  For example, pharma gets to sell immense amounts of highly toxic antiviral drugs, and gets to develop and sell an enormously profitable toxic vaccine.  National militaries lick their chops and anticipate moving into big cities and maintaining order.  The collection of entities I call the medical cartel gets to exert more influence over the minds of billions of people: "medical diagnosis and treatment, from birth to death, is absolutely essential for the survival of life on planet Earth."  That's a BIG one.  Understand: when the drugs and vaccines are toxic, the citizens are debilitated, and thus easier to manage. Long-term, the medical cartel is the most powerful wing of the Brave New World, also known as Globalism.  Also known as Technocracy. Technocracy: With the rollout of 5G, the so-called Internet of Things really takes off.  Smart cars, smart homes, smart cities.  A trillion devices are connected; and a result, a worldwide Energy Authority can truly take its place in the foreground.  Meaning?  The real-time monitoring of all energy production AND use on the planet can be measured---and energy-use quotas can be established for individuals and nations, "for the good of all." It's called CONTROL. China is making lemonade out of the lemons of the "coronavirus crisis," as we speak.  It's moving ahead with the building of many smart cities.  And the government has the power to move huge numbers of people into the cities, where wall-to-wall surveillance will be the order of the day, "in order to predict future epidemics before they happen."  The Internet of Things will allow all sorts of automatic quotas to be imposed on the citizenry.  Food, energy, travel, etc.  And then you have automated diagnosis of illness and mandatory treatment---another nightmare. It's called CONTROL. Globalism/technocracy is flexing muscles and producing hits on national economies.  It's testing its ability to do damage in that area.  It needs to level out economies in many countries, in order to take them over to a greater degree.  Declared fake epidemics are a tool for that purpose. In this regard, consider what happens in any serious economic downturn or recession.  It's what I would call Operation Close-Out, better known as Consolidation.  Wealthy players, aided by banks, move in, sniff out major businesses and companies that are now on the edge of failure, and buy them out.  The wealthy own more; the newly poor own less. Of course, with foreknowledge of plunging trading markets---which these players have---a prime opportunity opens up for shorting stocks, monitoring them on the way down, and selling them off at the bottom.  Another bonanza.  Another version of Consolidation. As I said, the real operation here has levels.  Different players on different places of the power ladder reap benefits. Never forget that the World Health Organization (WHO)---along with the US Centers for Disease Control---operates these fake epidemics on the medical side.  WHO is a branch of the Globalist fortress called the United Nations.  WHO has its sleazy hands on medical bureaucrats in every nation on Earth, and it can threaten a government which doesn't react with sufficient alarm, when the preferred phony picture of an epidemic is floated for public consumption. The United Nations, to make a very long story short, wants a borderless, non-national, planned planet.  Kinder and gentler.  Ruled from the top.  By technocrats. One of its wet dreams is fake pandemics. The age-old theme of Order from Chaos advances front and center.  From the chaos of a pandemic, new layers of control will be imposed---and received with open arms.  How much Order?  That's always decided on the basis of an experiment.  An exercise.  A test.  Which is what this COV operation is.  Among the many questions the show runners are asking: how big an economic hit will nations, particularly, China, be willing to take; how much pushback, if any, will come from the citizenry; how tightly will medical researchers march on the narrow road of their preposterous fake findings without rebelling; under the auspices of emergency aid, how much money can be stolen, siphoned off, and placed into favored pockets; during the manufactured epidemic crisis, and in the aftermath, how much surveillance will citizens be willing to stomach; with what degree of acquiescence will people accept the announced end of the pandemic; how badly can we affect national treasuries? And so on and so forth.  All standard inquiries, forming the basis of confidential after-operation reports.  Along with, of course, prospective estimates of what can be accomplished next time, in a new and improved experiment. How thick can we slice the baloney next time?

Mysterious Drones Over Colorado (Part 2)

As a follow-up to Cryptoscatology's 12-27-19 post about the "Mysterious Drones Over Colorado," I've excerpted relevant passages from Brett Tingley's 2-24-20 TheDrive.com article entitled "Internal Air Force Emails Show Confusion And Concern Over Colorado's Mystery Drones":

In December 2019 and January 2020, the plains of rural northeastern Colorado and southwestern Nebraska were the epicenter of a series of sightings of what were widely described as unidentified drones. Despite the media attention these sightings received and the speculation that they were related to the security forces responsible for protecting intercontinental ballistic missile silos scattered throughout the region, military bases in the area denied that the drones were theirs. While the mystery of the drones’ operator or operators remains unsolved, a series of internal emails obtained through the Freedom of Information Act reveal just how serious the drone reports were taken by the 90th Security Forces Group and the public affairs office at F.E. Warren Air Force Base. The emails are heavily redacted, but they at least shed some light on the confusion even the base experienced at the hands of this seemingly unsolved mystery. 

In late December 2019, The War Zone was among the first outlets to report on the somewhat bizarre story of fleets of unidentified drones operating in the airspace above northeastern Colorado and western Nebraska. There was a sense of near-panic as law enforcement agencies were inundated with scores of reports of these drones, prompting the creation of a task force that included the FAA, federal law enforcement agencies like the FBI, and sheriffs from multiple Colorado counties. Eventually, the State of Colorado sent one of its well-equipped surveillance planes to hunt for the drones. Since then, however, reports of suspicious drone activity have dropped significantly, according to the Colorado Department of Public Safety and Nebraska State Patrol.

Despite the large effort and the mobilization of Colorado's infrared camera-equipped aircraft, nothing conclusive was identified and, to date, no one has come forward to claim responsibility for the drone activities. That doesn’t mean that the case is closed, however.

Douglas D. Johnson, a volunteer researcher operating in affiliation with the Scientific Coalition for UAP Studies (SCU), recently obtained emails through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) which catalog the internal communications of the public affairs office at F.E. Warren and the 90th Security Forces Group regarding the spate of drone sightings. The 90th Security Forces Group provides security both for F.E. Warren and the 150 Minuteman III Intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs) operated by the 90th Missile Wing.

Johnson filed two separate FOIA requests for all official correspondence to and from Jon Carkhuff, a public affairs officer and/or spokesman associated with F.E. Warren Air Force Base, and all official correspondence to and from the headquarters staff of the 90th Security Forces Group that contain any of the following terms: drone, drones, counter-drone, counter-drones, unmanned aerial system, unmanned aerial systems, UAS, counter-UAS, unidentified aircraft, unidentified aerial, unidentified flying, unknown aircraft, UFO, and anomalous. The FOIA requests were for communications ranging from December 15, 2019, through January 18, 2020. The requests were filed on January 18, 2020, and were fulfilled on February 14. 

Many parts of the communications Johnson received are redacted, including the names of the participants in the email chains in which the mystery drones and the base's response to media inquiries about them are discussed. In an exchange about how to respond to an early media inquiry, an unknown sender writes "We need to ensure he doesn't feel like we are hiding anything." On the next page in the same release, after a statement "we do not know the origin of the drones," one writer inserts the hashtag "#aliens."

As the FOIA documents show, public affairs staff at F.E. Warren would eventually release an official press statement on January 17 after receiving input from Major General Ferdinand 'Fred' B. Stoss III, commander of 20th Air Force, the part of Air Force Global Strike Command responsible for overseeing the entire ICBM force. The final version of the statement that was released states definitively that F.E. Warren was not responsible for the drones:

We can confirm that the drones spotted in Colorado and Nebraska are not from F.E. Warren Air Force Base and are not affiliated in any way with the United States Air Force. We have provided this information to the FAA, FBI, and state and local authorities, as they investigate this matter. 

The drones have not posed a threat to any of our sites, facilities or operations.

F.E. Warren AFB does conduct counter-UAS training within the confines of the installation, however, any drones spotted outside of the installation are not part of our fleet.

The CIA, Remote Viewing, and Holospheres

A brief excerpt from Monad Mantis' 2-15-20 Medium.com article entitled "The CIA Admits Psychic Abilities Are Real, But Cannot Figure Out The Science Behind It":

According to a CIA document declassified on 08/07/2000 titled “Coordinate Remote Viewing (CRV) Technology 1981–1983,” submitted to the organization August 4 of 1983, coordinate remote viewing “utilized through the methodologies that have been developed…works with remarkable precision,” but the individuals who submitted it admitted that they were “unable to explain in conventional terms why it is that the co-ordinate serves as a stimulus in the manner it does.” Nevertheless, they were convinced that David Bohm’s model of quantum mechanics provided a potentially plausible explanatory hypothesis for the mechanisms that make it possible.

David Bohm was a controversial yet brilliant luminary in physics who argued that the entirety of the cosmos is populated with quantum black holes that lead from the “explicate order” of spacetime to a realm that transcends space and time which he referred to as the “implicate order.” These black holes were termed “holospheres,” and hypothesized as the mechanism which connects the implicate order to the explicate order. From the perspective of the remote viewer, it is possible that the signal line we acquire is mediated by these holospheres, which connects us with an implicate order that is conceptually more or less identical to the Eastern concept of “Akasha” or the “Akashic records,” as articulated in the work of writers such as Swami Vivekananda. The explicate order in which we ordinarily live and move and have our being is “unfolded” from this implicate order and houses the world of ordinary objects and consciousness, which includes what remote viewers known as the liminal, subliminal and subconscious orders.

Bohm’s “implicate order,” he hypothesized, contained sub-quantum variables that were responsible for the alleged “hidden variables” that made quantum phenomena so unpredictable. In this respect, he was not merely engaging in quantum mechanics, but sub-quantum mechanics, which he believed contained the key to understanding how the universe unfolded from a kind of Universal Mind that pervades the entire cosmos at all times.
