The Matrix Revealed: Cartels That Run The World
The following information comes from insider interviews with Ellis Medavoy and Richard Bell, two people I interview extensively in my collection, The Matrix Revealed. This is just a brief taste of what they have to say...
Major institutions on this planet that control Military, Money, Energy, Government, Medical, Corporate, Media, and Education are becoming, more and more, global cartels, horizontally integrated across national borders.
This is more than a top-down command process. It's organically evolving. Three steps forward, two steps back. There is a great deal of competition among the components of a given cartel, but there is also cooperation. And in the long run, the see-saw is tipping in the direction of cooperation, as these entities realize they may well have more to gain that way.
I can't stress too strongly this EVOLVING process. All attempts to merely assume twelve men in a room run the planet fall woefully short.
Instead, over time, people who lead a powerful institution (like Energy, for example) look out and recognize more major players, and in this recognition there is an impulse to compete and win and destroy, but there is also an impulse to build commonality and therefore monopolize the entire territory.
During one conversation with retired master propagandist Ellis Medavoy, I asked him about the extent of mutual cooperation in his given field, psychological warfare. He responded:
"Twenty years ago, I would have said we were all operating separately and jealously. Each of us was mining his own contacts and building his false pictures of reality for the masses. But then things began to change. Globally. First of all, more of us were pushing the same holograms. And because communication and travel were speeding up so rapidly, we were working a lot of the same venues. We would run into each other more often. We began to share information. I mean, it was cautious. We weren't gushing with unbridled love, I assure you. The competitive factor was still strong. And we had fights. But through all that, we began to see through the fog, so to speak. We began to understand the effectiveness of cooperating. We would test each other with privileged information, to see if we could trust each other to keep it private. A tidbit here, a tidbit there.
"And you see, behind us, other groups were finding commonality, too. For example, in the area of medical propaganda, where I operated a lot of the time. And these groups saw they could join together for specific operations, on an international scale. They could push enormous lies globally, and everyone of their class would profit and gain wider control. So I would find myself working with a psy warfare guy from, say, France, or Germany in a joint venture. We would rub elbows. We'd be feeding from the same basic money trough.
"We'd both be briefed by a team of intelligence experts, and those experts would be of several nationalities. Slowly, I saw a new kind of umbrella structure emerging.
"See, suppose during the secret lead-up to a planned economic crisis [money cartel], you can distract everybody with a phony epidemic [medical cartel]. Do you see? Leaders perceive a reason to cooperate. Planners become more intelligent and clever. They reach across lines they never would have reached across before...
"You begin to see the outlines of a much more inclusive future structure. This is multi-front warfare."
Richard Bell, another former insider, said to me: "People like to assume that money is everything. If you can limit the amount of money the public has, eventually they weaken and cave in and they're easier to control. And this is certainly true. But on the other hand, as mega-corporations gain more power and range and markets, you have a clash, because those corporations, which are now cooperating in ways they never have, as a cartel in some respects, want customers for their products. They don't want abject poverty across the board. People have to be able to buy their products.
"So there is a heavy conflict. It's a conflict between elite bankers [money cartel] and mega-corporations [corporation cartel]. It needs to be resolved through advance planning, over the long term. So now you have these powerful men sitting down and talking in a new way. Other big-time players get involved, too [government, media, energy cartels, for example]."

A Flint mother and daughter have both been sentenced after pleading guilty to stalking the daughter’s ex-husband.
Kristina
Ferguson pleaded guilty to felonious 3rd-degree stalking on Thursday.
Jaclyn Cirra Feagin pleaded guilty to the same charge on Wednesday. Both
women received 8 years of deferred adjudication.
According
to an arrest warrant affidavit, Feagin used pictures of the victim, a
woman who previously had dated Feagin’s husband, to make objects related
to voodoo, witchcraft, and satanism to “cause her to feel harassed,
annoyed, alarmed, abused, tormented, embarrassed or offended.”

Chinese criminals have been exploiting the country’s African swine fever crisis by intentionally spreading the disease to force farmers to sell their pigs for a low price before smuggling the meat and selling it on as healthy stock, state media has reported.
Sometimes the gangs spread rumours about the virus, which is fatal to pigs, but in more extreme cases they are using drones to drop infected items into farms, according to an investigation by the magazine China Comment, which is affiliated to state news agency Xinhua.
The disease has reduced the country’s pig herds by over 40 per cent because of mass culls designed to stop it spreading further.
The resulting shortages have seen pork prices more than double, providing opportunities for the criminals to exploit.
The magazine’s report said that the gangs tried to spread panic among farmers to force them to sell their livestock at a discount rate.
Sometimes they spread rumours about the disease spreading in the locality and may even leave dead pigs on the side of a road to make farmers believe the infection is spreading.
In some extreme cases, the gangs even placed infected feed inside local pigsties, the report said.
“One of our branches once spotted drones air dropping unknown objects into our piggery, and later inspection found [the] virus in those things,” a farmer manager told the reporters.

A Chinese airport has found itself caught in the crossfire of a bizarre battle between pig farmers and criminal gangs.
In
October, navigations systems started to fail on flights in and out of
Harbin airport while they flew over Zhaozhou county. Authorities later
traced the cause of the disturbance to a farm’s unauthorized anti-drone
device, which it had begun using in an attempt to stop criminals from

One
of China’s biggest animal feed producers said it had used a radio
transmitter to combat crooks using drones to drop pork products
contaminated with African swine fever on its pig farms, as part of a
racket to profit from the health scare.
In
July, China’s agriculture ministry said criminal gangs were faking
outbreaks of swine fever on farms and forcing farmers to sell their
healthy pigs at sharply lower prices.
And
Thursday, a state-backed news website, The Paper, reported that a pig
farming unit of Beijing Dabeinong Technology Group Co. Ltd. had run foul
of the regional aviation authority, as its transmitter had disrupted
the GPS signal in the area.
Answering
questions from investors on an interactive platform run by the Shenzhen
Stock Exchange, Dabeinong confirmed Friday that its pig farming unit in
Heilongjiang province had unwittingly violated civil aviation rules.
“Our
unit in Heilongjiang province … to prevent external people from using
drones to drop pork with African swine fever virus, violated regulations
by using a drone control equipment set,” the company said.

The
first case of someone suffering from Covid-19 can be traced back to 17
November, according to media reports on unpublished Chinese government
data.
The report,
in the South China Morning Post, said Chinese authorities had
identified at least 266 people who contracted the virus last year and
who came under medical surveillance, and the earliest case was 17
November – weeks before authorities announced the emergence of the new
virus.
The
Chinese government was widely criticised over attempts to cover up the
outbreak in the early weeks, including crackdowns on doctors who tried
to warn colleagues about a new Sars-like virus which was emerging in the
city of Wuhan in Hubei province.
The
data obtained by the Post, which the Guardian has not been able to
verify, said a 55-year-old from Hubei province could have been the first
person to contract Covid-19. For about one month after that date there
were one to five new cases reported each day, the report said, and by 20
December there were 60 confirmed cases.
The
virus, which is now a pandemic, has infected at least 128,343 people
across the world and killed 4,702. Of those who have contracted the
virus since it began, 68,324 people have recovered.
Almost 81,000 of the cases occurred in China, mostly in the province of Hubei.
Official
statements by the Chinese government to the World Health Organisation
reported that the first confirmed case had been diagnosed on 8 December. Doctors who tried to raise the alarm with colleagues about a new disease in late December were reprimanded. Authorities did not publicly concede there was human-to-human transmission until 21 January.
Jonathan
Mayer, professor emeritus at the University of Washington’s department
of epidemiology, said it was “entirely conceivable” there were cases as
early as mid-November.
He
said there were three possibilities: that cases weren’t detected at the
time, that they were detected but not recognised as a new disease, or
they were detected and recognised but reporting was suppressed.
“I have no way of knowing which of these possibilities in fact happened,” Mayer told the Guardian.
“We
know that there are reports of early suppression of reports of cases,
and the ‘whistleblowers’ dealt with rather severely. But in fairness,
the signs and symptoms of Covid-19 are non-specific and even now,
without confirmatory testing, it is easy to mistake this for another
disease.”
Mayer said it was highly improbably that patient zero would ever be identified.
The
origins of the virus have become part of US-China diplomatic conflict,
fuelled by US officials calling the disease “Chinese coronavirus” or
“Wuhan virus”.
It’s
widely accepted, including by the head of China’s Center for Disease
Control and Prevention that the virus originated in Hubei. However in
recent weeks Chinese officials have started suggesting or outright claiming that the virus did not originate in China, but perhaps in the US, a conspiracy theory that is gaining traction.
