I love a great short story collection and folks, this is one
of the best I've read in years. Robert Guffey brings us 25 short tales of
terror that range from terrifying trips inside the mind to scenes so
real you think you might need to wash the blood off your hands. Guffey
spares no thought to the "nicest" way to present things and just comes
at you with a blunt tool. Life is cruel and none of Guffey's characters
have escaped that harsh reality.
Without spoiling anything, I would highly recommend "The Detective with the Glass Gun” and "On the Bus."
If you are as passionate about short fiction as I am, don't miss out on this amazing body of work.
